The receptionist on check in was great. It was carnival weekend spent Sunday night had a mix up with original premier inn so booked this last minute. They were booked out and was only able to get disability access room. Didn't like it at all was on level one no window to open Didn't expect that, bed was very uncomfortable didnt sleep well at all. Again morning staff were ok but breakfast was not to my liking unfortunately 😕. I love premier inn bit this stay wasn't my best

Lovely welcome by great staff. Joseph treated us to our coffees on arrival and later that night when getting back to the hotel he brought out a big plates of chips for the 3 of us to share.

Have stayed here multiple times and always have a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the premplus rooms. The coffee machine, fridge with water and mirror for makeup all add to the luxury feel. 5 minute walk from station or 8 minute walk in to town. Would recommend.

Perfect Premier Inn experience. Smart, clean room. Great, helpful staff on night or morning shift. Loved the evening meal and the breakfast. Everything I expect from Premier at a great value price. Handy for the railway station too 🙂

Stayed overnight for a work event, got a premier room and have to say it was very nice, even more so considering the price. Convenient for the city centre and has a car park next door so easy to park up if you come by car, also very close to the Train Station. Would not have been my first choice of hotels but have to say if I'm staying in Leeds again I would definitely use it as I was very impressed

This is no reflection on the staff they were great, the problem is with Premier inn as a business they employ so few staff there is often a delay or no staff available. This is not unique to this particular Premier inn. So to the management team, since covid you have notably reduced the number of staff members with them doing multiple roles, this has lead to a dramatic reduction in quality of service. In short you are endangering your brand and if it continues premier Inn will become the new travelodge and no one wants to stay in a travelodge!

A perfectly situated hotel that is 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. All you can eat breakfast was very good. The hotel has a Restaurant and bar.

My company booked here as an overnight stay for me whilst attending a meeting and training day. I travelled over from Dublin. It's neat, clean and the beds are VERY comfortable! The service is very good, and the team are very pleasant AND friendly (I'd expect nowt less from Yorkshire folk 😊), with particular mention to a young lady by the name of Caitlin, who looked like some who just loved what she does. As someone who likes there food, I'd definitely be coming back here the next time I travel to Leeds for a match, or just a nice weekend to sample more dishes from Thyme restaurant. I can HIGHLY recommend the wings, as they should come with a fire extinguisher they're so hot, and I absolutely loved the Katsu Curry! The ONLY feedback (not criticism!), that I can give is to maybe provide a wet wipe with the wings, because the sauce is HOT! 😁
